Mustard Seed
Oak Fire -- Mustard (spicy type)
New sweet red and purple oakleaf types with a spicy touch of fire. Great for baby leaf salad material, or later for large tasty cooking greens. Bred for more winter-hardiness and disease resistance than other red or purple hot mustard types.

Fordhook Fancy -- Mustard (spicy type)
Zesty mustard flavor. One of the fanciest super-frilly green mustards ever
developed. Baby leaves add a nice spice to salads and sandwiches. Large
leaves make excellent greens. Stock seed supplied by Dave Kohlmeyer of
Cookstown Greens.
Origin: Burpee Seed Company developed this years ago.
Spicy Curls -- Mustard (spicy type)
A gorgeous array of spicy warm baby - leaf salad mustards. Up to 50%
are never before seen curly or frilly reds or purples from our breeding
program. Lovely at full maturity and great for greens. Selected for
better than average winter hardiness and disease resistance. If you
desire beauty and a touch of fire you'll love these.

Tah Tsoi -- Mustard (mild type)
Also known as Spinach Mustard, this beautiful deep forest
green cooking or salad green is almost as mild as spinach.
Easy to grow and free of oxalic acid. (45 days)
Mizuna -- Mustard (mild type)
Forms large clusters of long, thin, crisp, deeply cut and notched leaves.
Sweet and mild, great for stir fries and salads (when finger length).
Mild Kingdom -- Mustard (mild type)
Tremendous range of mild mustards. Leaf cuts of all types. Greens of every
shade and aprox. 30% purples. Mostly hairless types. Contains Mizuna
types, Tah Tsoi types and everything mild from our breeding program in
one wild mix. Many selected for winter hardiness and disease resistance.
